Welcome!

So very nice of you to stop by! What a fun and challenging hobby to have!

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Thanks - Blog Hop Day 1

Hello!
Welcome to Chalk-Ah-Lot Cafe's
April Blog Hop!
April 3rd - April 5th
That gives you 3 days to play!

Here is my project.

For today's card I chose to use the chalk in 2 different ways. The card is a DCWV embossed card...happy. These cards already come embossed which is great. I used the chalk directly to the cardstock with a little cotton ball. No fixative needed...just rubbed and blew off the extra chalk. I then highlighted it  with Sakura glitter pens.

The second method was mixing the chalk with Buzz n Magic Paint. The 2 ducks were painted with this.

The images and the sentiments of Thanks! and Hello! are stamps from Stamp N Plus Scrap N and stamped with Memento tuxedo black ink. Added a bow and some pearls. It is green grass cs by GKD and Oriental Trading dp.

What fun this chalk is! There are so many different things you can do with it. Tomorrow I will have another way to use the chalk! Enjoy!
