This is for the Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge Week 63~~Die Cut as a Background Mat and Mix It Up Monday Challenge at Stamp TV - Swipe on and off. The challenge was to swipe the ink on and off the background using the Direct to Paper technique. It was a good challenge and a technique I would use again...the camera didn't really catch all of the different patterns that were created with the inks. I used Ranger's Distress Inks of Stormy Sky, Mustard Seed, Tattered Rose, Tea Dye and Tumbled Glass. I stamped on GKD's white cs and the dp was from Amscan. I also used Spellbinders curved rectangles, Grommet tags and double ended tags. The stamps were GKD's Warm with Love and Follow Your Dreams by Theresa Momber and stamped with black Memento ink. I added some hemp cord, button and a couple of pearls on the inside. Hope you have a Day of Sunshine! :-)
