Welcome!

So very nice of you to stop by! What a fun and challenging hobby to have!

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Challenges for the Week

I was busy this weekend making some cards for this week's challenges at various spots. I've been working on other Christmas projects and haven't really had time to make any cards...but this weekend I made time!!!

Happy Thanksgiving
So here they are!

This one was for Stamp TV's Sketch Spotlight and also for For Fun Challenge to show being Thankful. I used GKD white, red cs and the dp is DCWV. The stamps used were GKD Melanie's A Year of Borders and Theresa's Autumn Beauty. The inside was stamped with Great Impressions. Colored with copics and added some ribbon and leaf embellishment.

This certainly is the time of the year to be thankful for all we have. Thanksgiving will be spent with family members coming to my house for the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Will be an enjoyable time and a great time to catch up with  all of the family news.

This one is for Speedy the  Cat's Challenge using circles  and for Stampin B's Snowflake on cards. I used GKD white cs, DCWV dp. I found a snow globe stamp at I Brake For Stamps and added in GKD Snow Much Fun stamps. I embossed the bottom of the globe with Christmas jewels and the sign was embossed with blue glitter. I colored the snowman with copics and then added white pearl translucent to emboss with to get the shiny globe look. Added snowflakes and ribbon. The inside is a stampendous stamp embossed in gold.  I used Quick Kutz nesting circle and Spellbinders Crown circles on the inside.

Thanks Snow Much
