Welcome!

So very nice of you to stop by! What a fun and challenging hobby to have!

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

This is for challenge 7 on Chalk-Ah-Lot using the chalk 2 different ways. Well, actually I used it 3 different ways...but it should count! :-)

Here is where to enter your challenge! Do it by Saturday!

The background is Strawberry Freeze cs by MFP, with a white embossed card from DCWV - Dots and the dp is some vellum from my stash pile. I stamped the images on white cs by GKD.

I first sprayed the background on the embossed card with chalk and water mixed. I did part of it with silver spray and part with gold spray. When dry I then highlighted the dots with pink chalk direct on paper. The images were painted with chalk mixed with Puffy Paint and when dry highlighted with Sakura Glitter Pens. I was delighted with the nice shiny finish.

The images were diecut with Spellbinders Big Scallop Ovals large and the background was sponged with Versa Magic Pixie Dust and the sentiment was stamped with memento Grape Jelly. These lovely flowers and sentiment are from Stamp N Plus Scrap N Mother's Day stamps.

I added a ribbon, bow and some bling!

AND Happy Mother's Day!!! I am looking forward to your creation by using chalk 2 different ways! Have Fun!
